This agreement governs your participation in the affiliate program of ONAIR OFFICIEL (publisher of onairmusic.fr, rap.fr and hiphop.fr). By signing up, you accept these terms.
The program lets any partner ("affiliate") promote the ONAIR cluster brands and earn a commission on paid subscriptions generated through their tracking links.
Sign-up is free and open to everyone. It requires a valid email and two-factor authentication (TOTP). Each affiliate gets an affiliate number and personalized links.
Commission is 15% (Starter), 20% (Pro) or 25% (Elite) by tier. It is calculated on the NET AMOUNT RECEIVED by ONAIR for each confirmed PAID subscription, i.e. after deduction of payment provider fees (Stripe on the web, Google Play for purchases made inside the mobile apps). It is paid on the initial sale and on renewals occurring within TWELVE (12) MONTHS of that initial sale; after that period, renewals no longer generate commission. A free sign-up generates NO commission. Commissions are due after payment confirmation and outside the refund window.
Attribution relies on a tracking cookie lasting 30 days from the click on your link. Last valid source wins.
Approved commissions are paid via Stripe, subject to a minimum payout threshold and required information (identity, payout details). Commissions tied to a refunded or disputed payment are voided.
Strictly forbidden: self-referral, fraudulent clicks or traffic, spam, third-party trademark misuse, deceptive practices. ONAIR may void any fraudulent commission and exclude the affiliate without notice.
Tracking links must point only to official ONAIR cluster sites. The affiliate is responsible for their promotional content and must comply with applicable laws and brand image.
IP addresses are hashed for measurement and fraud prevention. Data is processed to run the program. You have rights of access, rectification and erasure.
ONAIR may change the program, tiers and terms at any time. The affiliate may leave at any time; already-approved commissions remain due.
